In the process of physical recovery, and after a long medical treatment, Hans does not face this challenge in his best physical form. Even so, he endured without problems in the second group enjoying much of the race. Already in the last lap this second platoon was unmarked, reaching the finish line in an eleventh position, about to arrive in tenth position but at the last moment was overtaken by a classmate (0.8 sec.). Hans has not been able to add the 10 points of difference that there are between the two positions of arrival to the goal, but even so, Hans occupies the 8th position in the general classification of his category.
In the absence of a final race this year, which will be held in San Remo on October 7, Hans has outdone himself, one more year.
Hans remains an example of perseverance and effort for all of us. We are proud to be partakers of his sportive career.
