The first nocturnal race, with a route through the tunnels of Valires, was new experience for Hans with an unprecedented victory: 2nd in its category and 5th best time of all categories with a speed average of 36,76 Km/h. leaving behind him some champions and many stronger competitors.
The second race, the ascent to Peguera with a 7% difference average gap and some sections with 9% differences in rise (7Km = 430 mm. in time trial difference), which become a real test of strength and resistance for all the participants.
Hans finished in 4th position in his category and 7th overall. It was 48 minutes and 32 seconds of effort that earned him to achieve those positions.
He is training very hard to improve both his muscles and improve timing for next ascent races, where young people have more advantages.
He has told us that those races in Andorra have been a great experience and for sure he will participate at next editions.
Hans continues being an example of perseverance and effort for all of us. We are proud to be partakers of his sportive career.
