XIETA®-92 high-density alumina rolls are a technical variation of XIETA®-92 alumina balls, used in both wet and dry grinding in important sectors such as ceramics, paints, chemicals, mining, and more.
Although the manufacturing processes for alumina rolls are slightly different from those for alumina balls, Xieta International, S.L. has developed a specific process for forming alumina rolls, in order to obtain rolls with the same mechanical properties as alumina balls.
The rolls can be used under the same conditions as alumina balls, in both wet and dry grinding.
Due to the excellent mechanical properties developed in our rolls, especially their low wear rate and high friction resistance, Xieta International, S.L. alumina rolls They are also used in rubber-backed ceramic plates, widely used in the mining sector as wear protection plates.
