TECNARGILLA 2018
Xieta International was present again, as usual in each of its editions since 2004, at the 26th edition of Tecnargilla fair that was held in Rimini from September 24th to 28th.
Generally speaking, Tecnargilla is the world’s most important trade fair for suppliers of the ceramic and brick industries and is held every two years in the touristic city of Emilia-Romagna. Moreover, if we take into account the information offered by Acimac (organizer of the event), the fair has received multiple visitors coming from more than 100 countries that have been interested in the lasts technological and aesthetic innovations exposed by more than 400 exhibiting companies.
Handbike 2017.Heidelberg (Germany) Maxi Marathon
On last July 2th, took place in Germany, the Heidelberg Maxi Marathon, a race which celebrates every two years, and with the participation of more than 200 handbikers.
It is impressive to see so much handbikers at the starting line. In the photos we can see the riders, prepared to do their best and to get a good position in the stardings.
European Handbike Circuit in Louny, Czech Republic.
On last June 17th, Hans van der Heijden participated at one of the European Handbike Circuit in Louny, Czech Republic.
In the morning trial race he got same time as last edition, which is a very good result if we consider the very windy conditions: 28 minutes and 38 seconds in 16 Km. Many of the 27 participants were Paralympic champions and Hans finished in 16th place, so is very happy with the result.
Bardonecchia (Italy). the scoring race for the European classification.
On last July 7th and 8thwas celebrated in Bardonecchia (Italy) the scoring race for the European classification. The time trial race consisted on 4 laps in the village through the main street with a one kilometer 7%-8% slope and surrounded by many spectators.
With 31ºC the race become a real hell for the bikers. Our friend Hans achieved the 13th !, which was an excellent result and more points to add at the general classification in the EHC.
Meliana Popular Race in Valencia (Spain)
On Saturday, May 20th, Hans has managed to reach the second place at the Meliana Popular Race in Valencia (Spain). Handbikers previuos started before the rest of runners on foot.
Oropesa del Mar VI Gala del Deporte
On last Friday, April 28th, Hans Van der Heijden were honored to be awarder at “Oropesa del Mar VI Gala del Deporte” for his sportive effort during 2016. It was an unexpected event for him to receive the “Sportman of the year 2106”, but not for us because we think that all awards are few for someone like Hans.
Hans. 10 km Castelló
On last Sunday, October 23rd Hans Van der Heijden participated at Castellon 10 Km. race.
Hans is recovering from a shoulder tendonitis and a severe infection, but he has decided to participate at this event.
CERAMITEC 2018

Motorland winter edition 2018 Alcañiz.
On Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st, the first race of 2018 HANDBIKE season was held in Alcaniz, a touch race which test the resistance of the bikers. The strong win against and the climbs of the route, make this course as one of more complicated race of the season.
