CERAMICS EXPO 2018
From May 1st till 3rd, Xieta International was present at the Ceramics Expo (Cleveland, USA), as it has been usual in each of its summons since it began in 2014.
This is a very special event within the exhibition circuit of the technical ceramic sector in which we are present, since it has been the gateway for our products in the United States and Canada market. In fact, in the edition of the previous year, we started a collaboration, that has allowed us to close a final agreement, with Carbo Ceramics Inc. in order to be exclusive distributors of alumina grinding media of Xieta International, S.L. for USA and Canada.
Oropesa del Mar VI Gala del Deporte
On last Friday, April 28th, Hans Van der Heijden were honored to be awarder at “Oropesa del Mar VI Gala del Deporte” for his sportive effort during 2016. It was an unexpected event for him to receive the “Sportman of the year 2106”, but not for us because we think that all awards are few for someone like Hans.

On last Sunday, October 23rd Hans Van der Heijden participated at Castellon 10 Km. race.
Hans is recovering from a shoulder tendonitis and a severe infection, but he has decided to participate at this event.
CERAMITEC 2018

Motorland winter edition 2018 Alcañiz.
On Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st, the first race of 2018 HANDBIKE season was held in Alcaniz, a touch race which test the resistance of the bikers. The strong win against and the climbs of the route, make this course as one of more complicated race of the season.

Marathon of Benicássim
On last April 9th, Hans van der Heiden participated at the Benicassim half marathon. This is one of that kind of races where handbikers and runners compete together creating much excitement and attracting large audiences. The handbikers starting ahead of the runners enjoying the minds of the viewers.

After his success in the race held in Abu Dhabi Formula 1 circuit where Hans lived an unforgettable experience, overcoming the personal challenge not only assuming travelling alone, but also getting good times despite the strong wind on the date of the first race, even he was found, on his return, with the fantastic news of his nomination as the Best Athlete of the year in Oropesa (Castellon).
