A friend coming from Handkibe has convinced Hans to participate in a cyclist route together with other 2.000 participants for a total of 100 Km., from Valencia till Cullera, go and back.
For Hans has been a personal challenge because it was his first race with so much kilometers. A personal challenge, achieved very good results. Hans though to make all the route in approx. 5 hours including a 10 km. hill with 22% inclination, but in fact he did it in only 3 hours and 50 minutes.
Hans tells us that the effort was worth it.
Hans remains an example of perseverance and effort for all of us. We are proud to be partakers of his sportive career.
On last Saturday (September 19th), at the 10 Km. Almazora races, the handbikes only participated as exhibitors, together with the rest of runners in this popular race.
The handbike participants started coming ahead of the runners, without competing with each other, helping and giving encouragement between them in such bad circuit with twisty sections reaching the top three together after 21 minutes from the race starting.

900 runners
The special atmosphere of this kind of racings, together with the large crown, added values in such exhibitions.
